Hi, Ive been on the Lipotrim diet since Wed, so Im just over day 3. How will I know I am in ketosis, I dont have the ketostix, the testers for ketosis, so is there any other signs that i might notice. I heard bad breath and a headache but are there more?
Other signs are frequent urination and excessive thirst.
See a dr. so they can check the ketone levels in your urine.
