The only logical way to try and lose weight is a healthy weight loss program that involves cutting down on fatty foods, sugary foods and an excess of carbohydrates, and getting 30 minutes of exercise a day such as brisk walking or a workout at the gym. Start of with just 5 or 10 minutes if you are not used to much exercise and increase this slowly as you feel able. You could also try a couple of teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar in a glass of water half an hour before meals. This may help. Sea kelp tablets may also help but talk to a doctor first before taking these if you are on medication for your thyroid gland.
I don't think you can find that in the UK and for valid reasons…. it may pose a health risk to the heart. Its safety is questionable.
