Depends on your metabolism, if you have fast metabolism, maybe about 2-3 days. If you have slow metaolism, up to 5 or 6 days.
Actually, you don't need to "diet" in fact in order to lose weight, I read this at the site in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I shed 6 pounds by taking their advice.
why this question?
It's kind of irrelevant if you don't take the diet pills to begin with, since I guarantee you they are a sham and you shouldn't be taking them.
