thanks everyone but i found the old metabolife 356 with ephedra its on bing products.com and it's the same exact same ingrdients as the metabolife 356 with ephedra just under a different name and it works excellent.....thanks for your answers everyone
oh i forgot it's under the name trim-s

ephedra was great but it was banned this year so you wont find it unless someone gives you their old container look online in ebay maybe
If you miss the metabolife 356 as bad as I did you should try the new "metabothin". They have the same ingredients as metabolife 356 did.They are widely available online and the cost is not too bad. Planetarynutrition has them for $50 for 90 pills and free shipping. I was a big fan of the metabolife 356 and missed them soooo bad, I was thrilled when I tried these new pills and they are just like the 356 pills. Extra energy and hunger control. Only downside so far is occasional headaches. Hope this helps.
