What was in metabolife 356 that made it so effective? And is it the same as ECA stack?

I dont know what was in Metabolife but no it is the same as taking an ECA stack. ECA stacks have been around forever, but I dont know of any supplements that contain all the three ingredients in the stack. Back when the E in that stack was legal, I would take Xenadrine, 200 mg of caffeine and a Bayer before morning cardio. It worked extremely well. Just wish the stupid FDA didnt mess that up. In my opinion it was one of the best fat burners of all time.
