which diet pill works the best? i used metabolife before they removed the ephedra and I lost about 50 lbs in about 3 months, now they arent much more than a multi vitamin!

I have personally tried Proactol. It's alittle pricey but I lost 12 pounds in a month. I also did not experience any side effects.
I would still recommend mild excercise 2-3 times a week for 40-50 minutes.

I find placebos work well, and then you just run alot for the full effect. It is a lot better for your body also.
HELLO, forget about diet pills and take care of your diet and good exercise! any way how old are you?
Right now I am using Dexatrim Maxx and they work OK. I still get hungry once in a while, but for the most part, they keep me from feeling hungry.
I am going to try NV next. I was watching Bridezillas on TV last night and one of the brides used it and said that it helped her lose weight in just a matter of weeks and liked the outcome.
But I would also like to say that I am on a very low calorie diet and only eating the right foods as well. Also only drinking water with a diet pop on Sunday only, and that is so that I don't get sick of all the water.

P.S. I wouldnt listen to the other posters! Our health is important in the long run and it is difficult to lose it on your own if you don't have the right support system as well. Do what you have to do to get healthy!

I have heard of Alli, but I have also heard of something that is like ephedra in the fact it buts fat and increases your metabolism. It is 100% natural though. Try the new Zylene diet pills, I took the samples and it did feel like the ephedra (but not as gittery as ephedra).
