How do I cancel the pink patch? I have called and tried to go on the web page and found nothing!?

Please cancel the pink patch! the date of my letter is 1-26-2009. They were closed over the weekend and I tried calling three times today and was put on hold foever. I had to hang up. Please help I don't want this money taken out of my account.
