which do you think works better: Turbo jam or the pink patch?

   The Pink Patch is just a gimmick to lose weight. Pills, patches, or creams that promise to burn fat without you having to exercise or watch what you eat are just ways for companies to profit. None have been scientifically proven to work and a lot have unpleasant side effects.

   I did Turbo Jam a year ago. I was unimpressed – it didn't get my heartrate up and keep it up. I decided I could get the same benefits from 10 minutes on the treadmill as I could by doing 40 minutes of Turbo Jam. I've been exercising continuously for 5 years, though, so if you're just beginning, it might be right for you.

   I really enjoyed Beach Body's Power 90. I got it from eBay for a discounted price – it has two discs: Beginners and Advanced. The abs routine left my abs sore and the toning was great. You'll need bands or free weights to do the disc, though.

   I also really like Turbo Kick, from the makers of Turbo Jam. My gym used to offer it and I had so much fun… hip-hop and toning combined in one. I was sore the next day. It's more rigorous than Turbo Jam is. Once again, check eBay for the different rounds!

   Go with Turbo Jam,
   Pink Patch has to many side effects.
