I liked the original series, then Deep Space Nine (I didn't think Sisko was a pussy, he sure put Q in his place), then Next Generation, then Voyager and last is Enterprise.

The original series had the most memorable crew and best inter-dynamics and Enterprise reeked. Kirk had his flaws but, geez, at least he got off the ship and went to the planets… not like Picard sitting up on the ship drinking Earl Grey tea. And Spock was flawless….

I agree with your rankings except for the first two. I would rate Captain Picard and The Next Generation over the original. Maybe that's because I've seen the original episodes so many times…

I'll have to agree with your list. The orginal was the best one because they set the foundation for the entire franchise. Although my favorite is TNG the original series had a lot of good moments and that are remembered. Also even non fans would probably know of Kirk and Spock; whereas, the ones following you would of have to of seen the series. Enterprise and DS9 both sucked to me. I never liked the cast nor the stories. I thought Enterprise was a complete joke and a waste of an hour. Voyager good cast some great moments athough the series did have some flaws but I would rank it number 3 as well.

The only one I watched a lot of was
1. The Original Series (and Captain Kirk)
with William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy…and I liked it the best.

I do have a family member that's a big fan of all…even he says Original Series was best of all, when he knows most episodes by heart from each series.

I got to meet William Shatner while working a Java Convention at the Jacob Javitz Center in NYC in the late 1990s (there was a Star Trek convention going on at the same time).
The REALLY funny part of that was…I thought he was a double, not really Shatner…after hanging out with him & grabbing lunch, LOL! I didn't know until I was all the way home (when I saw part of the convention on TV) that it was the REAL William Shatner…and I never even got any autographs)

Star Trek was my Mom's favorite show. We watched every one. James T. Kirk is the Captain of the Enterprise.

My favorite episode is "Piece of the Action."
