What do diet pills do to your body?

My best friend is interested in taking trimspa and asked me to find some information about it for her.

I see info about IF they (diet pills) work, but can’t find the answer to HOW they work.

Do they suppress your appetite? Do they burn the fat? What is it that they claim to do to your body? Please Help. Thanks.

Experience w/ TrimSpa?

I started using TrimSpa a couple of days ago. I’m not overweight, but I have a few extra pounds I’d like to lose. I excercise regularly, but I’ve been having trouble sticking to a sensible diet, so I thought a supplement would help curb my appetite. I chose TrimSpa because it contained the least amount of caffeine (I don’t want to be all jittery, etc.), but I’ve found that taking it the past couple of days I’ve been as hungry, if not more hungry than before. Am I taking the wrong supplement? Has anyone else had similar or different experiences with TrimSpa?
Thanks in advance!

Question about Trimspa? & Weight Watchers?

Ok I just started taking Trimspa and have a couple questions. First off when is the best time to take them – before or after you eat a meal? Also, yesterday was the first day and i noticed that it didn’t really surpress my appetite to much, does it get better over time? I have heard that this is the best diet drug out there right now is this true? Ok now for my Weight Watchers questions. I used to do ww and stopped for a while so I know the basic principal but as I understand it the plan just changed. Can someone tell me the breakdown for daily points now starting from the mid 300s to the mid 200s? And do you still get the 35 flex points for the week? I also need to know how much the new starter kit cost at the meeting. I would like to know the cost of the new books (or starter kit), the new journal (alone), & the pedometer.
Also, is anyone else out there going to try to stick to a diet? If anyone wants a diet buddy please give me your e-mail address and I will contact you!

He is tall for his age, 42 inches to be exact. His diet is quite balanced in that he likes many vegetables, fruit, and some meat, but no bread. He does eat noodles.
After one of these episodes, his appetite diminishes for quite some time then the big appetite will return and fuel another growth spurt. Usually when I measure him he will have grown 1/2" to 1" in about 6 weeks to 2 months.
He always grows alot after one of the episodes.
His father (my son) is wanting to restrict his eating because he thinks this is abnormal. I say as long as he grows and does not become overweight, the amount of the healthy food he eats should not be restricted. Is it an old wives tale that one can stunt a young child’s growth by them not getting an adequate amount of food(calories and nutrition)?

I was wondering if diet pills like hydroxycut may take a while before you start to see a decrease in your appetite or if it is supposed to work after the first time you take it. b/c i had been taking it for 2 days but had no effects what so ever. pleez help! thanx

has anyone had any luck using metabolife? I just got the metabolife complete yesterday, I"m just really trying to control my appetite. I tried relicore and smartburn and they did nothing

I have suffered from migraine’s for years. I started taking Trimpspa to curb my appetite, and it actually miraculously has gotten rid of my daily migraine’s for 16 months now. It also helps my chronic fatigue. Has anyone else had this same response? It says not to take if you have migraine’s, but I wonder if anyone else knows this?
