Trimspa and Diabetes?

So I bought a bottle of trimspa X32 and I just got online to look up any side effects, ect.
I found a couple of things that said not to take it if you have diabetes. (I have diabetes type 1)
The only reason I could find for this is that it will increase your bloodsugar levels because you hold onto sugar longer.
Is there anything else that happens with a diabetic taking Trimspa?
If so, is there any way to surpass it?
Please don’t give me crap about how vain I am.
I have reduced my calorie intake to 500 calories a day, work out for 30 mins a day and have lost a pound in the past month.
I’m looking for some help.
I only want an answer if you know what your talking about.

1. If no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.
2. If you drink a diet soda with candy, they cancel each other out.
3. When eating with someone else, calories don’t count if you both eat the same amount.
4. Foods used for medicinal purposes have no calories. This includes any chocolate used for energy, Sara Lee cheesecake (eaten whole), and Haagen-Dazs ice cream.
5. Movie-related foods are much lower in calories simply because they are a part of the entertainment experience and not part of one’s personal fuel. This includes (but is not limited to) Milk Duds, popcorn with butter, Junior Mints, Snickers, and Gummi Bears.
6. Cookie pieces contain no calories because the process of breakage causes calorie leakage.
7. If you eat the food off someone else’s plate, it doesn’t count.
8. If you eat standing up the calories all go to your feet and get walked off.
9. Food eaten at Christmas parties has 0 calories, courtesy of Santa.
10. STRESSED is just DESSERTS spelled backward

Does Trimspa Work??

I have a bottle of Trimspa Ultra and i was wondering if it works. Now, i am going to be on a diet and exercise plan where i will not eat sugar and i will run, swim, jump rope, ect. to burn a minimum of 333 calories which would turn out to be 2000 a week.

So, if i take trimspa will it speed up the weightloss and what happens when i STOP taking it. (I am only planning on taking it for 2 weeks)

did you here the latest new dieting rules?

My question really doesn’t matter about nething i do its just that>>> i know that you burn calories while asleep thus you need a certain amount while asleep<< approx (15.3 X weight in kg) + 679>> but you also need calories to fuel your daily work. So should i b eating a diet to cover wut i expend not only during the day but while i sleep 2? i also want to lose weight so im trying to burn even more. ne insight on this would b great! wanna shape up for the new year!

I used to be waaaay overweight and I went through an emotional breakdown so I started not eating at all and just excercising, than i started to black out alot so i started to eat but just a little, just enought to get my body to function and to get me through the day. Then i got tired of workin out every day because my body just didn’t have the fuel to do it and i knew this but i didn’t want to gain any weight. I usually do what people call "Yo-yo" diet because I go from one extreme (eating very little calories) to the other (eating everything in sight) I just can’t seem to find a happy medium. My whole family usually worries about me and encourages me to eat but I’m just so afraid I’ll gain my weight back. I really need some advice on calorie consumption right now. Because I just did it again. For the past 2 weeks or so I’ve only been intaking 1200 calories but today I broke under the pressure once again and I binged. I know by extreme dieting I mess up my metabalism alot. HELP!!!!!!!

I need a diet plan that will help me lose up to 20 pounds THIS MONTH! And an extra 10-20 next month. I need a schedule of what to do and when to do it. These are things I can do:

I can play some volleyball for a little
I can jump rope
I can do jumping jacks

Can some one tell me when I should do these things, and how much I should? And can you tell me what I should eat?And when to eat it? I want to stay healthy and lose weight. And I want to lose as much as I can till the end of July. I can exercise more, but eat healthy so I get the fuel I need, but without all the fats and calories. Thanks!

What is the fuel cost of riding a bicycle?

Before you answer zero, consider the following: Riding a bicycle burns calories. Calories come from the foods that one consumes. Food isn’t free. How many additional calories would one burn per mile vs sitting in a motor vehicle for the same amount of time? What foods would provide the most calories per dollar spent? Could a person reasonably expect to maintain a level of physical health necessary to efficiently operate a human-powered vehicle on such a diet? What would be the nutritional profile of a diet that would support such an active lifestyle? What would be the cost per calorie for the healthy diet? Would regular exercise affect basal metabolism thereby increasing total caloric needs even when not actively riding? How much money would be needed to purchase one day’s worth of the cheapest food to sustainably support a sedentary lifestyle? How much would a single day’s supply of optimum diet cost?

How much should I eat to lose weight?

Okay so when it comes to losing weight, I basically suck. I’ve tried every diet out there and nothing works. Now I’m trying to try to not diet and just watch my calories and eat healthier. I just started running 40 minutes a day last week but I want to make sure I’m eating enough calories to fuel myself for my runs but still lose weight. I’m about 5′6" and I weigh 150 lbs.

Will a bit of fat help me build muscle?

I’m very skinny with body fat percentage of about 4% at 6yrs old. I am underweight and need to put on weight but i am scared of my body fat going up. I train for 30 mins 5 times a week on weights and crunches, and follow a good diet. If i eat more calories, yeah i’ll put on weight, but will a little bit of fat help me to bulk up a bit and fuel muscle when it’s needed?

Yes, I’m another person looking to drop a few pounds. For the vain reason that I am going to hawaii in a month, and for the slightly less vain reason that I when I was 10 pounds lighter my 10K time was 10 minutes faster.

I am currently training for a triathlon and working out 5-7 times a week. But, I swear, for every calorie I burn I just eat more. Exercising makes me so fricking hungry!

So, how do I cut calories without affecting my training. I don’t want to bonk.

so, aside from the obvious ( cutting out sweets, fried foods, alcohol, and high fat dairy)
any ideas on what my diet should look like? basically I am looking for some.. highly nutrituous, satisfying meals that, while lower in overall calories, will still keep me fueled for training.

I’ve been on a diet where I consume anywhere from 700-1200 calories a day, and burn 1000-2000 calories via treadmill, biking and medicine ball exercises. I noticed this was helping me go from 198 to 180, but then it stopped working. So, for the past two weeks my weight hasnt went down, meanwhile I am eating very little and exercising like crazy (7 mile bike rides + 1 hour on the treadmill everyday). I figured i was taking enough calories so it was my body telling me I needed more fuel if I want to lose weight and I went to 1200-2000 calories a day, and the same level of exercise. Still no good. I’m gonna go on a liquid diet until I reach 170. This liquid smoothie diet. The smoothie will consist of:

grounded flaxseed
fiber powder
protein powder
1 cup of berries
& grean tea

I will be living off of this drink for the next two weeks. As the time on the diet is winding down I will introduce foods to my body slowly by only eating fruits and veggies. I think overall this will help me transition to veganism as well as lose weight.

Tell me what you guys think.

I’ve decided to start working on my belly a bit; however, it seems counter intuitive to start restricting calories right way. To me, it seems to be the quickest way to failure. Afterall, why would I start out by tearing down an already out of shape and inefficient system right out of the gate.

Should I wait until a couple of months before reducing my fuel intake?

What do you guys think?

A Diet For Dealing With Stress?

1. If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.

2. If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar, the calories in the candy bar are canceled out by the diet soda.

3. When you eat with someone else, calories don’t count if you do not eat more than they do.

4. Food used for medicinal purposes NEVER counts, such as hot chocolate ,brandy, toast and Sara Lee Cheesecake.

5. If you fatten up everyone else around you, then you look thinner.

6. Movie related foods do not have additional calories because they are part of the entertainment package and not part of one’s personal fuel. Examples: Milk Duds, Buttered Popcorn, Junior Mints, Red Hots and TootsieRolls.

7. Cookie pieces contain no calories. The process of breaking causes calorie leakage.

8. Things licked off knives and spoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something.

9. Foods that have the same color have the same number of calories. Examples are: Spinach & Pistachio Ice Cream; Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes.

10. Chocolate is a universal color and may be substituted for any other food color.

11. Anything consumed while standing has no calories. This is due to gravity and the density of the caloric mass.

12. Anything consumed from someone else’s plate has no calories since the calories rightfully belong to the other person and will cling to his/her plate. (We all know how calories like to cling!)

no carb diet seems impossible for me..?

ok im 15 years old i play hockey, lacrosse and football and i am 6ft, 183pds. i want to lose a few pounds of fat and try to sacrifice as little muscle as possible. the no carb diet seems impossible for me because i am still growing and i need my minerals and vitamans and i need carbs to fuel me in sports because i am aware of the performance loss in a no carb diet. so my question is will i still be able to lose fat at a semi rapid pace if i eat about six meals a day each meal ranging from 300-500 calories with at least 20g of protein,20gcarbs and little fat and still be able to lose fat while i weightlift, sprint and train in preseason with my football team everyday? thanks

I’ve been trying to do the raw foods diet since Easter Sunday, and I’ve tracked what I eat, and the problem is that I burn like 4000++ calories a day and I’m only taking in like 1500-2000 even if I"m eating all day long. Like today I walked probably 5 hours + weight training! I am just not getting enough FUEL to get me through my day.. I’m not worried about protein, if I can eat enough FOOD, I"ll get enough protein.
I’ve noticed that a lot of the people advocating the raw foods diet are these little bitty people like runners(thrive diet..) , they aren’t weightlifter/body builder types that weigh like 250+ pounds..
any ideas" -I’m already familiar with some of the vegan bodybuilding web sites, and I’ve learned a lot from them..

thanks
