I was just wondering if the trimspa diet pill work, and what over the counter diet pills do help, without the ephedra?

How do i lose 70 lbs?

I want to lose 70 lbs and have a few questions...?
The weight gain happened so gradual over two years that I didn't notice until lately. I am concentrating on 20 lbs at a time and am just starting to watch what I eat.

I just got a puppy and walk him everyday for about 30 minutes for the last three weeks and it has done nothing. I think I need much more exercise. What is suggested for someone who is out of shape? To go balls to the wall, like on the The biggest Loser, or to go gradual with exercise?

Also, do the diet pills really work? I have cortislim and have just started to use it just to see, but are the ones that are better or are they even worth it?

Thanks!

Also, how much time should I allow myself to lose 20 lbs per increment?
2 months sound fair?

Also, I have heard that for my weight and height, a 1840 calorie diet is good to start. I am 230lbs and 5'8". Does this sound about right?

Diet pills – permanent damage?

My roommate has been taking diet pills on and off for almost 15 years (since she was a teenager). At times, she has taken up to 5 or 6 brands all at once, most recently including Hoodia, Lypozene, Cortislim, and some sort of "digestive enzymes".

She has recently stopped taking these pills, and has found out from the doctor that she has elevated cortisol levels, hormonal imbalances, and a thyroid imbalance. She has started taking prescription medicine to correct these problems, and thinks that maybe the imbalances were what caused her to be "heavy" to begin with.

I think that the problems may have been caused by the years of diet pills, but she disagrees. Has anyone ever heard of permanent damage (besides heart problems) caused by diet pills, or ongoing imbalances caused by them?

Weight Loss Pills not working?

I want to lose about 10 - 15 pounds. I thought the best way is to take diet pills. I eat normally, yesterday when I started taking cortislim and followed the directions I gained 2 pounds. I stopped taking them, but why was the reason it wasn't working? I know I didn't over eat. Is there any weight loss pill that will work quickly without any risks?

Hey ya'll, I just bought these diet pills...does anyone know what I should expect from these particular pills?.. What were your results?? ..thank you

metabolife with or without ephedra?

hi..so i used to have those metabolife pills with ephedra ( i bought a crap load of them off ebay before they were out) i have ran out of them about 6 months ago and tried other diet pills. i know i know i know i should exersice to keep the weight off but to be honest i work the graveyard shift, so i get off work and go straight to bed and i'm to damm lazy to exersice. for a long time metabolife worked.. it kept the weight off without me having to exercise. but know since i'm off that pill everyones saying im gaining weight fast and i can SOOO notice it. my question is has anyone tried the metabolife pills that have no ephedra in it. i never tried it cause i heard it didnt work so i never bothered to try it.
oh and just so you know, when i was taking the epedra pills i would only take 2 per day. for some reason it made me super shaky and weak. plus i'm anemic so i think it hit me differntly then most people. i dont think my body could handle if i took more then 2. sometimes my heart would beat so hard and fast, i know that was the epedra but gosh that stuff work'd

Do you take any diet pills?? Do they work?

which of these diet pills works the best?

I'm debating between
-Cylaris
-Hydroxycut
-Leptopril
-Ripped Fuel (twinlab ripped fuel)

please dont answer with "none" I'm just looking for what diet pills you think are the best, not how they all dont work.
Thanks! :)

Does Cortislim and Corisol Work??

I want to know if they have great results, I weigh 170 and I want to weigh 140 or Less.. could this really help along with diet and excersise? do diet pills work??

I know that most OTC diet pills (i.e. Metabolife) are designed to increase resting metabolism, burning more calories and fat. What I’m wondering is if they increase daily calorie expenditure- such as the totals you’ll get from running your BMI and activity level through a website calculator. If so, about how much? Any ideas?

Cortisol is a stress related hormone. It is part of our fight or flight response, and causes us to dump glucose into our bloodstream which will then make you hungry. So, websites say if you have a lot of belly fat, with a high stress life, Cortisol is to blame. Now there are all these products like Relacore, Cortislim, and Cortidrene on the market. I fit the profile of the ads and commercials. I carry a lot of weight in my stomach, buttocks, and thighs, but no where else. My husband is deployed, my housemate and I don't get along anymore, I had a few friendships deteriorate, and I just had to get a job because the Army screwed us out of money. So, my question is, do these products help, or is it just a scam like most other diet pills? I would really like to hear from people who have tried the products with diet and exercise and get their opinions, but I will listen to anyone who has something intelligent to say. Thank you.
For reference, I use an elliptical trainer 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes and am on a healthy food plan from a nutricionist. I know I am going to have to work for weight loss and a healthy lifestyle, but a little help wouldn't hurt aka a diet supplement.
Hmmm, I guess I should have put more about me in this. I was in an accident when I was younger and got broken pretty badly. I also have a chronic pain disorder. I try and work out as much as I can, but the pain can be overwhelming. My neck, knee, shoulder, and some other joints are severely damaged. Weights and anything impact is out of the question. I have a pool and swim but it is getting cold. I want to join a gym/pool but money is a factor right now and I have a recumbant bike and elliptical trainer at home. I have curbed my eating alot and realized I'm a boredom eater, so I try and stay busy. I haven't ever really tried to lose weight before so I'm deeply researching my options.

I know exercise and a well balanced meal is the key to weight loss. But haven't you ever wondered if any of these diet pills on TV really work? Has anyone tried any of these diet pills? Do they work? Just curious.

I've seen several questions related to this one, but no good answers. I realize that Trimspa and other over the counter diet pills are legal, but will they register on an employee drug screening as a stimulant, and thus require further investigation? Please, no answers regarding the effectiveness or safety of diet pills... I know about them, and this question is merely part of research. Feel free to include links to webpages regarding this topic.

hydroxycut?

I was wondering if diet pills like hydroxycut may take a while before you start to see a decrease in your appetite or if it is supposed to work after the first time you take it. b/c i had been taking it for 2 days but had no effects what so ever. pleez help! thanx

Diet pills effect on birth control?

If I am taking jet fuel diet pills and birth control. I know that sometimes medical prescriptions will make birth control ineffective. Do diet pills have that same effect?
I am not fat. I just want to tone-up. I talked to the owner of the health store and he said that diet pills are not dangerous if you take them rigth. I asked a personal trainer and he told me they will help with your work out and are good if you want to loose weight. I do work out and I do eat healthy. Just have a pooch that hangs over my jeans when I sit down and I want to loose that and about 15 lbs.

accelis, good or bad?

what are some concerns with taking this? what are some pros/cons of taking this pill as oppossed to other diet pills? This si a serious question, thus I don't want any answers that aren't serious. Also to consider, I have a slight heart problem, and asthma.
