i know these diet pills are really bad for you — but i’ve purchased one bottle of trimspa about 2 years ago, but never took it because my mom told me that it contains ephedra. (which can trigger heart failure). so that bottle has been sitting on my drawer for more than 2 years already, and it’s expiring next month.

i just want to know if there is anybody here who has taken that pill and did you feel and side effects at all? i spent like almost for that, i don’t know if i should risk trying it or just toss it in the garbage.

Since then I have been unable to obtain the ephedra in xenadrine. Although I had no problems while taking it I lost the weight bigtime. I need to find Ephedra either with xenadrine or something else as I still need to lose the weigh. I need some good feedback on this one ppl. Thanks you!

thanks everyone but i found the old metabolife 356 with ephedra its on bing products.com and it's the same exact same ingrdients as the metabolife 356 with ephedra just under a different name and it works excellent…..thanks for your answers everyone

i tried some 2 years ago it worked really good. i was never hungry when i used those pills but i forgot which one it was!!!!!

Wal Mart has Accelis, stuff with Hoodia and other diet pills. Also, I can't use stuff with guarana or ephedra.

I can't get the ripped fuel with ephedra now, atleast I can't find it. My Doctor was aware I took in moderation. Can anyone tell me something to take that actually works and has worked with them with moderate excercise.

which diet pill works the best? i used metabolife before they removed the ephedra and I lost about 50 lbs in about 3 months, now they arent much more than a multi vitamin!
