Has any one tried TRIMSPA, and It actually works?
Trying to lose weight is hard, as you all know, but I was wondering besides eating right, and exercise if this product really works like Ana Nicole suggested it worked for her

On my previous question about Larry King Live last week a lot of people have agreed with me. Besides this is my opinion and Suzie Esche Donner is no better than Monique Goen by posting yourself as a Trimspa finalist….I don’t care and I don’t think anybody does. Trimspa is just another diet pill misleading people to think they will lose weight. Diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight and everybody knows it. Suzie Esche Donner your not that smart. This in regard to my previous question where Suzie Esche Donner replied. What do you think? Would you believe in a diet pill like Trimspa? Or a woman that claims to know Anna Nicole?…yeah right!
Trying to lose some weight but doing a lot of exercise so still need a lot of fuel. Going to go on a very high protein diet… ideas of different meals would be great.

I know that diet and exercise is the way to go, but I wouldn’t mind trying something to kickstart the weight loss. I’ve tried Green Tea, Hydroxycut, Cuts and nothing much has helped.
I’ve been on a diet where I consume anywhere from 700-1200 calories a day, and burn 1000-2000 calories via treadmill, biking and medicine ball exercises. I noticed this was helping me go from 198 to 180, but then it stopped working. So, for the past two weeks my weight hasnt went down, meanwhile I am eating very little and exercising like crazy (7 mile bike rides + 1 hour on the treadmill everyday). I figured i was taking enough calories so it was my body telling me I needed more fuel if I want to lose weight and I went to 1200-2000 calories a day, and the same level of exercise. Still no good. I’m gonna go on a liquid diet until I reach 170. This liquid smoothie diet. The smoothie will consist of:
grounded flaxseed
fiber powder
protein powder
1 cup of berries
& grean tea
I will be living off of this drink for the next two weeks. As the time on the diet is winding down I will introduce foods to my body slowly by only eating fruits and veggies. I think overall this will help me transition to veganism as well as lose weight.
Tell me what you guys think.
if you have, did it work? i just started taking 2 a day to help with weight loss along with diet and exercise… thanks
The weight gain happened so gradual over two years that I didn't notice until lately. I am concentrating on 20 lbs at a time and am just starting to watch what I eat.
I just got a puppy and walk him everyday for about 30 minutes for the last three weeks and it has done nothing. I think I need much more exercise. What is suggested for someone who is out of shape? To go balls to the wall, like on the The biggest Loser, or to go gradual with exercise?
Also, do the diet pills really work? I have cortislim and have just started to use it just to see, but are the ones that are better or are they even worth it?
Thanks!
Also, how much time should I allow myself to lose 20 lbs per increment?
2 months sound fair?
Also, I have heard that for my weight and height, a 1840 calorie diet is good to start. I am 230lbs and 5'8". Does this sound about right?
I want to lose 70 lbs and have a few questions…?

She’s 16, but her weight keeps piling up and her cravings keep getting larger. Exercise hasn’t done much for her. Would it be a bad idea for her to try some CortiSlim or Lipozene?
Thank you ![]()
I think they just make you diet and exercise along with it knowing all too well that it doesn't do a damn thing. It's just the diet and exercise.
What about Hydroxycut?
I am trying it out. I was curious to know if it worked for anyone, and what your diet and exercise was like while taking it? (If it did work for you I would like to know how much weight you lost in what amount of time.)
Thank you in advance,
