I've lost about 10 lbs. (now about 5'7", 147 lbs.) this summer by eating roughly 2,000 calories per day while running/lifting and training for 2-3 hours. I've made good improvements in my conditioning, but have noticed the fatigue daily from the lack of nutrition. Training camp starts one week from today with a grueling fitness test, followed by a couple of weeks of three/day practices with running, etc. Should I start to increase my calories now to ensure I am well fueled to perform well on the fitness test and following practices?
(I'm pretty content where my weight is...don't want to gain, but don't want to lose at the rapid pace that I was losing at because of how tired it made me feel.)

I do mainly cardio and i know my muscles need the carbs cause they are the fuel that is used
i dont what to eat any carbs that means even complex unrefined so the main question is it ok
do i just not eat after and let the diet do the work
or is there some trick i could use (or eat) so i dont feel like i just ran marathon after a hour workout
if it is normal i dont mind feeling the fatigue i just want to lose the weight
