I want a kick start to losing weight........... I would love to do lipotrim but i cant afford to, i was wondering if i just drank 3 protein shakes a day would it create the same effect?? Im havin a really hard time losing weight atm, i eat hardly anything, exercise and im still putting on weight, i need something soon as im getting relly depressed, thanks!

Has anyone used Trimspa (or Hydroxycut or any of the other advertised weight loss pills) and does it work? I am 23 years old and only about 15lbs over the weight that I want to be, but I am having a really hard time getting it off. I am very willing to do the diet and excersice alond with the medicine but I was just wondering if it really does any good speeding up the process. And also do you have to order it or can you buy it in stores.

I had my second child 4 months ago and I want to take off 30lbs. I lost a lot of weight before I got pregnant by using TrimSpa and only eating one meal a day, but its so hard to stick to that type of lifestyle. It takes a lot of will power to only eat one small meal a day so Im having a hard time keeping w/ it. I want to lose the 30 lbs with in the next 3-4 months. Any good advice or encouragment to keep me going?

We are having a hard time finding a top-quality dog food in the stores. I'd hate to have to mail-order our dog food with such high prices on fuel right now. Does anyone have any recommendations on a pet store chain that actually carries good quality dog food? Petco just doesn't have anything good. Iams, Purina, Science Diet, all of those are full of grains, which are bad for the dogs. Help!

They already have Camby at Center and Z-Bo at PF. While Kaman is having a hard time staying healthy and takes up a ton of their salary cap. If so, which team do you think the Clips should trade him to and for what player. Come up with a reasonable trade that either gives the Clippers draft picks and cap or a star, role players, and draft picks. Don't make a crappy lopsided trade that has no chance of happening.
