Has anyone used Trimspa (or Hydroxycut or any of the other advertised weight loss pills) and does it work? I am 23 years old and only about 15lbs over the weight that I want to be, but I am having a really hard time getting it off. I am very willing to do the diet and excersice alond with the medicine but I was just wondering if it really does any good speeding up the process. And also do you have to order it or can you buy it in stores.

I just bought some hydroxycut from GNC and I was wondering how it works exactly. Does it block fat,or does it speed up your heart rate? Do you have any personal experience did it work for you?
Why, this pic was taken a week after my 2nd baby was born 9/16/08, as far as im concerned I look pretty good.

Say I plan on going to work-out at 10am....at what time in the morning should I take my Hydroxycut? When will it be most beneficial and why?

I've been told that Creatine essentially adds water weight to your muscles, and Hydroxycut just sounds like something that would shed water weight. So I don't want to take both if they are going to be working against each other.

I am about to start taking Hydroxycut but I want to know if anyone else has used it and had positive effects?
And also, how many times a day should I take it?

I've been taking hydroxycut for about a month and i've seen a little improvement (like 2 or 3 pounds, not much). But it recommends that you get plenty of exercise and as a college student about the most I can fit in is to run to class instead of walking. Should i keep taking the hydroxycut, or just stop?

or Hydroxycut Caffiene-Free, Hydroxycut with Hoodia, or any other type of Hydroxycut supplement?
Which works best?
Is there any supplement better than Hydroxycut?
Is it ok to smoke while taking Hydroxycut?
If a doctor asks if you're on any medication, should you tell him/her about Hydroxycut?
Sorry about all the questions... and all the times I said "Hydroxycut"
If you could answer any (especially the main question) it would really help me a lot.
Thanks

I'm thinking about trying xenadrine or hydroxycut after I finish breastfeeding, combined with exercise to assist my body into getting back into shape. It's just a thought, nothing in stone at the moment. Does anyone have experience with either one or know the benefits of one over the other? Your advice is appreciated.
