eat 3,000 calories daily, 3hours of swim, 2 hours of stretch and gym. covers workout and REE?
My question really doesn't matter about nething i do its just that>>> i know that you burn calories while asleep thus you need a certain amount while asleep<< approx (15.3 X weight in kg) + 679>> but you also need calories to fuel your daily work. So should i b eating a diet to cover wut i expend not only during the day but while i sleep 2? i also want to lose weight so im trying to burn even more. ne insight on this would b great! wanna shape up for the new year!
