To the people who are gonna tell me that diet pills are not the way to go..PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND. Now, to everyone else and those who have taken Trimspa, am I supposed to take it on an empty stomach? It just says to take 4 a day(2 in the morning, 1 b 4 lunch, and 1 b 4 dinner)...Someone, anyone that has or is taking it now!!!

I took TrimSpa at one point, and it directs you to take 2 pills in the morning, at lunch, and at night. Now I'm taking Leptopril, and it says to take 2 pills at luch and dinner. I realize that the amount of whatever it is is probably different, but it seems more reasonable to take stimulants in the morning and midday, not at night. So what would happen if I took the same dosage as the TrimSpa with the Leptopril?

for the next 5 days... this is my menu:
Breakfast: 50cal unleavened bread, 1 grapefruit
Lunch: 50cal unleavened bread, 1 grapefruit
Snack: 50cal unleavened bread, <100 cal worth of fruit (ex: 2 kiwi)
Dinner: 50cal unleavened bread, 1 grapefruit
Total Calorie Intake: is about 650
I will exercise about 30 min/day (approximately 200-250 cal)
would it work? the fruits are on the negative calorie list. the carbs are just to fuel my brain

I"ve never realy been "fat" but always been kind of chubby. I want to lean down and lose the gut/baby fat left on my face and finally slim down.
My only problem is now that I'm ready, I don't have the time for my diet. A typical day lasts from 6-5 (up at 6, dont get out til 5 thanks to track practice) and I've been living off cereal, sandwiches and the cafeteria at my school is my only fuel for the 9-10 hr day. The food is the least bit healthy; they don't even offer salad.
I already tried packing a lunch, but all there is to pack is just sandwiches. Starving myself isn't an option either, I do sports. A lot of em.
Any suggestions? Should I just stock up on Nutri-grains for the rest of the day? I have prom coming up, I did think I'd be slim by now.
Thanks.

I go in to work at 7:30 am and i leave at 3:15 and head for the gym. The problem is that after all that I tend to get in slump with serious exhaustion and find myself eating alot. I usually fall asleep and then am too tired and full to prepare or eat dinner. This is throwing off my whole evening and my diet. i eat healthy all day and then blow it later. I need to know what are some good foods that i can eat at around 2:30p(right before I leave work) that will give me lasting energy and hunger suppression for the remainder of the afternoon. I tried Cortislim and I was still hungry and tired.
Here is a sample of my diet.
Breakfast- 2 pices whole wheat toat, margarine, coffee with skim milk
Lunch: Chicken breast, steamed vegi, fruit, flax chips, water
Dinner- lean meat, starch, salad, tea
Light dessert - like 2 or 3 oreos

I've been trying to only eat a bowl of Special K cereal for breakfast and lunch and eating something like a chicken breast and veggies for dinner. I am finding myself beyond exhausted and I'm thinking it's because I am not getting enough fuel from this diet, right? I try to work out and do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day but sometimes I feel like I can't even keep my eyes open. What is a good diet for weight loss because I don't think this cereal thing is good at all, besides the money you save...
