How to lose 1.5kgs a week?
Ok, so im a 15 year old Female, 165cm tall and around 68kgs. (so, im about 2 kgs overweight) I would realllly love to lose around 1.5kgs everyweek for the next three months, then of course keep it off. I’m not at school at the moment, (for the next 3 months) so i have alot of spare time and i own an exercise bike.Also i recently bought Ultraslim milkshake meal replacements and fatburner milkshake meal replacements.Does anyone know if they are effective? but i ALWAYS end up eating waaay more then just the milkshakes, even unhealthy food! So please, I appreciate any sort of answers or tips!! I’d really like to be around 12 kilos lighter (weigh 56 kgs) by Christmas!
