How to lose 1.5kgs a week?

Ok, so im a 15 year old Female, 165cm tall and around 68kgs. (so, im about 2 kgs overweight) I would realllly love to lose around 1.5kgs everyweek for the next three months, then of course keep it off. I'm not at school at the moment, (for the next 3 months) so i have alot of spare time and i own an exercise bike.Also i recently bought Ultraslim milkshake meal replacements and fatburner milkshake meal replacements.Does anyone know if they are effective? but i ALWAYS end up eating waaay more then just the milkshakes, even unhealthy food! So please, I appreciate any sort of answers or tips!! I'd really like to be around 12 kilos lighter (weigh 56 kgs) by Christmas!

I am 34 years old, 5'2" and weigh 222 lbs after having 3 kids. Luckily I can hide it well so I don't look that overweight. I have a lot of weight to lose and can't afford to go to Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss, Nutrisystem, etc. My husband and I always see ads for TrimSpa, Stacker, Slim Quick, detoxes, etc. I want to know if they are worth the money and if they really do work. Anyone have experience with one? Please no smart alec answers as this is a really hard topic for me to deal with.

I used to be waaaay overweight and I went through an emotional breakdown so I started not eating at all and just excercising, than i started to black out alot so i started to eat but just a little, just enought to get my body to function and to get me through the day. Then i got tired of workin out every day because my body just didn't have the fuel to do it and i knew this but i didn't want to gain any weight. I usually do what people call "Yo-yo" diet because I go from one extreme (eating very little calories) to the other (eating everything in sight) I just can't seem to find a happy medium. My whole family usually worries about me and encourages me to eat but I'm just so afraid I'll gain my weight back. I really need some advice on calorie consumption right now. Because I just did it again. For the past 2 weeks or so I've only been intaking 1200 calories but today I broke under the pressure once again and I binged. I know by extreme dieting I mess up my metabalism alot. HELP!!!!!!!

i work out on the ball do pilates, taebo, come on any solutions thinking about trying cortislim or slimquick. help guys i do not feel good about myself anymore do not even want to look at my stomach and i am so tired of shopping for clothes that never fit. I am 196 and i know if i slip i am going to go way overweight. i did cleansers but still i feel tired during the day
What next. i am about to give up
what to go back to a size 7 or even 9 will be satisfactory. help
