What is the best weight loss pill to take?

I've recently been takin Trimspa X32, about 6 tablets per day-- And I've noticed maybe some more energy, however not much weight loss...

I do go to a gym 4 times a week, It seems like I'm having a difficult time shedding the extra weight!

Can you suggest a weight tablet such as trimspa that might be better for me? I weigh 170 lbs, I am 5'9", and I am a woman( HA )..

I'm currently a size 12 and I just want to get down to a size 10. My one guilty pleasure is... Caffinated, sugary sodas. I've given them up before with NO weight loss. SO, Is the above mentioned enough to shed a few lbs.?

one of my friends wants to lose weight fast in the next two months and is planning on doing a "Biggest Loser" plan of exercising 4 to six hours a day. I think its ok as long as she eats enough calories for the amount she works out. She isn't working or studying right now so she has the time to do it.

The thing is, she is planning on only eating between 1500-1600 calories a day. I suggested she might want to think about eating around 2200-2500 calories a day (is that still too low?) to give her the fuel to be able to keep it up.

She is adamant on the 1500-1600calories a day though.

I already know she will not have the energy to keep it up more than a few weeks with her plan .... but can anyone give more insight on how many calories she should be eating?

After the two months of this she will then slow down to working out 1-2 hours a day... she just wants a big boost of weight-loss now and then take it slower later.

thanks!

ok i workout ever day and i lose like 5 lbs then i gain back.. i can never lose more than 10 lbs. im dedicated and----#2 i am debating whether to use twin lab amino fuel or muscle milk. ive used both but need to know which is better for weight loss. help!!!
ALSO IM 6foot tall

I know that diet and exercise is the way to go, but I wouldn't mind trying something to kickstart the weight loss. I've tried Green Tea, Hydroxycut, Cuts and nothing much has helped.

Recommended Pre fast/pure detox diet for a guy.?

I'm a young guy and recently I've decided to undergo an extended fast in order to quit smoking, (3 years, pack a day) as well as to regain my old level of health.

I was curious what my regular diet should be leading up to that, I'm not picky at all about what I eat (I had my fun over the holidays and willpower isn't an issue).

Doesn't really matter how awful it tastes, I'm just looking at food as fuel for the time, I just need the absolute healthiest way to go about things for before and after the fast.

I've heard raw vegetables and fruits are the way to go (although not sure which ones) and have just been eating those for the last few days, but feels like I'm missing quite a bit in my diet.

Anyways, any recommendations would be great.
I've heard pretty good things about that lemonade drink, but I was planning on a straight water fast.

Also, I would prefer not to take any kits/vitamins/pills/etc.

as for red meat, I've completely given up meat of all sorts. (I used to eat steak regularly, and love it, but was impressed with how I felt after abstaining from it for a while)

This isn't for weight loss (I'm 6"2 and 200 pounds), although I'd expect it would be a nice side effect of a new diet. Moreso I want to increase my energy level, alertness, and clarity while getting back in shape.

this is in preparation for me doing some traveling later this year, and needing to be in absolute top condition.

anyone used ripped fuel extreme fat burner?

if you have, did it work? i just started taking 2 a day to help with weight loss along with diet and exercise... thanks

Since hearing from my recruiter that military is about to select me for OCS in about a month, I'm now in a hurry to lose 20-30 pounds or 8% body fat to make the cut or else they'll change their mind on picking me. I already know about mixing in even amount of lifting and cardio days each week. I hear better to do cardios on empty stomach cuz your body will fuel up on some of your body fat rather than calories you may have taken in from eating first.

With the dieting, I know I gotta lay off foods that are junk, got flour, starch, or sugar. I heard it's ok to indulge one day a week; should I even keep those cheat days moderate as well? So far I've been eating 5-6 portioned meals/day (spread out by 1.5-2 hours apart): fruits/veggies, soy protein powder mixed with milk, protein RTDs, protein bars, etc...

Recruiter suggested I double (or even triple) the cardio workouts to double (or triple) the calorie-burning, even wear a trash bag on me.
I also hear trying to get enough sleep helps with a speedy weight loss as well. What if I have some scheduling conflict (summer classes in morning and work in late night)? On top of proper diet and exercise, would I lose weight faster working out first thing for the day on empty stomach and not enough sleep, or get enough sleep by another hour or two, eat first, and then workout some time later?
I know definitely good idea to stick with water for fluids. Will drinking diet soda on cheat days interfere with the weight loss effort?
I've heard from this one Army guy (I'm trying out for Navy) that besides proper diet and exercising regularly, he sometimes lay an iron (low heat) on his stomach. Does that really help in the weight loss or burning fat?

Nobody still answered this question. Which way is faster in losing weight?
a) Not enough sleep, workout on empty stomach, and then eat after
b) Enough sleep, eat first, workout after

the diet pills called zylotrim that i bought say to take 2 pills twice a day. so if i take 3 pills twice a day instead will that speed up my weight loss?

Drinking protein shakes during the day time?

I have started a new work out routine (exercise Monday night, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning). If I drink protein shakes during the day time, like a mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon snack, will this cause me to gain weight or will it be used as fuel since I do go to the gym? I was instructed by a trainer to try this protein rich diet for weight loss and muscle building/toning. Just thought I'd ask if anyone else has tried this out.

lawsuit was filed product claimed when used with a proper diet reduced stress which makes you gain weight, especially in the stomach. The cortisol targeted this area of your body resulting in weight loss, well it you used it as I did this did not happen they are basically being sued for false advertisement. There was a notice listed in local newpaper with a phone number to request a claim form and a website that you could use to receive a claim form for a refund of the purchase price of the product.

I am thinking of trying trimspa, are there any serious side effects that I should be concerned about.
Also is it necessary to take six a day for recommended weight loss?

How can I change her mind? I need succesfull weight loss. Has anyone used it? Let me know. I want to here how many pounds you have lost, etc.

Is the special K diet a bad thing?

I've been trying to only eat a bowl of Special K cereal for breakfast and lunch and eating something like a chicken breast and veggies for dinner. I am finding myself beyond exhausted and I'm thinking it's because I am not getting enough fuel from this diet, right? I try to work out and do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day but sometimes I feel like I can't even keep my eyes open. What is a good diet for weight loss because I don't think this cereal thing is good at all, besides the money you save...

I know exercise and a well balanced meal is the key to weight loss. But haven't you ever wondered if any of these diet pills on TV really work? Has anyone tried any of these diet pills? Do they work? Just curious.

I'm a 19yr old female. I'm taking drastic measures for weight loss. I'm eating one apple for breakfast, drinking one meal replacement (usn diet fuel) during the day and one carrot at night. I also take a good multivitamin daily and do one hour of strenuous cardio and power training 5 days a week.

Will this give me results in about three weeks?

okay so i want to loose weight but i also want to maintain my muscle and if possible bulk them up anyways ive read somewhere you need to eat a lot to maintain your body strong but i dont want to eat a lot because i feel this will only hurt my chances in weight loss, what is a good diet for loosing weight and keeping your body fueled for a workout?

Anyone on the LipoTrim diet?

I am starting LipoTrim on Monday as a kick start for my weight loss. I am in need of losing a lot of weight (I am around the 24/25 stone mark).

And for everyone who is going to say - just diet and exercise coz LipoTrim is dangerous...it is not! It was developed by a hospital and shouldn't actually be used for more than 1 month which is what I am going to do. There is also a 're-feeding' time afterwards to try and re-train your eating habits!

I am not looking for a 'Quick Fix' I just want a head start and would love to hear success stories from people.

Thanks x
