I am 20 years old, 5'6" and 135lbs. I don't want to loose too much weight, just 10-15 lbs. I workout everyday, I am a vegitarian, I take vitamins everyday, and I don't eat glutin. But, I can't seem to loose any weight, in fact I have been gaining a lot of weight. I am taking Accutane (20mg) and Loestrin 24fe. Is Trimspa safe for me?

I’m 50 pounds overweight and looking for an easy way to get a six-pack for a party in two weeks. I was thinking about taking a Trimspa tablet with my morning bowl of Cap’n Crunch with whole milk; ordering a Diet Coke instead of regular Coke with my afternoon Big Mac Super Value Meal; then after my usual dinner of fried food, salt, cheese, and buttered bread, I’ll have a cup of green tea while I sit on the couch and watch TV all night munching on a family-size bag of Doritos.
I don’t have time to workout and the gym is over ½ mile away, so I was thinking about buying a sauna belt from an infomercial.
How much weight do you think I’ll lose?

just some info{oponions please}.. Most people think the way to get rid of soreness is through diet..False,itll just give your body fuel.. but it has nothing to do to make the body less sore. The main reason you feel sore/stressed out is because your body is 'stressed out' and how can you relive it? Easy.. yoga breathing trust me its the best thing to do.. stop worrying and getting so anxious on what to eat to make you look better after a workout doing that makes you even more stressed out causing more stress on the body ..Now, relax your body stand or sit down and breath through out your nose slowly but make sure your body dosent move esspiacly your shoulders.. just relax, feel like your lungs are getting air inside then when you cant breath in anymore breath out the nose slowly.. while breathing in youll feel the soreness stifness loosen up and feel blood get to the area and muscles expand and when breathing out youll feel relief and mostly feel good.. Best thing to do.. Good Luck:).

I do mainly cardio and i know my muscles need the carbs cause they are the fuel that is used
i dont what to eat any carbs that means even complex unrefined so the main question is it ok
do i just not eat after and let the diet do the work
or is there some trick i could use (or eat) so i dont feel like i just ran marathon after a hour workout
if it is normal i dont mind feeling the fatigue i just want to lose the weight

OK so I workout 6 days a week and I eat anywhere from 1200-1400 healthy Calories a day I've been doing this for 6 months and only lost 5lbs. Now I am thinking of adding the new metabolife to my routine has anyone tried it? and does it help? I have a month left to get into bridesmaid dress and I need to lose 10-15lbs. Oh I am doing Turbo Jam for the workout 30-60 min a day.
Only mature answers please
Thanks in advance

Since hearing from my recruiter that military is about to select me for OCS in about a month, I'm now in a hurry to lose 20-30 pounds or 8% body fat to make the cut or else they'll change their mind on picking me. I already know about mixing in even amount of lifting and cardio days each week. I hear better to do cardios on empty stomach cuz your body will fuel up on some of your body fat rather than calories you may have taken in from eating first.
With the dieting, I know I gotta lay off foods that are junk, got flour, starch, or sugar. I heard it's ok to indulge one day a week; should I even keep those cheat days moderate as well? So far I've been eating 5-6 portioned meals/day (spread out by 1.5-2 hours apart): fruits/veggies, soy protein powder mixed with milk, protein RTDs, protein bars, etc...
Recruiter suggested I double (or even triple) the cardio workouts to double (or triple) the calorie-burning, even wear a trash bag on me.
I also hear trying to get enough sleep helps with a speedy weight loss as well. What if I have some scheduling conflict (summer classes in morning and work in late night)? On top of proper diet and exercise, would I lose weight faster working out first thing for the day on empty stomach and not enough sleep, or get enough sleep by another hour or two, eat first, and then workout some time later?
I know definitely good idea to stick with water for fluids. Will drinking diet soda on cheat days interfere with the weight loss effort?
I've heard from this one Army guy (I'm trying out for Navy) that besides proper diet and exercising regularly, he sometimes lay an iron (low heat) on his stomach. Does that really help in the weight loss or burning fat?
Nobody still answered this question. Which way is faster in losing weight?
a) Not enough sleep, workout on empty stomach, and then eat after
b) Enough sleep, eat first, workout after

Hello, i am 14 yr old girl. I am 5' 6 and weigh 180 lbs.
I play for a boys hockey team and have to workout a lot over the summer to build up every single muscle in my body. Now i need to know, what is the Very best fuel i need to do this. In other words, What foods do i need to eat to have enough energy for intense workouts. What are foods that are good for me, easy to burn, and serve as good fuel? Also, I would love it if you told me what foods store fat in your stomache and thighs. (These are foods i have to stay away from)
Thanks!

I run everyday. I run 8-10 miles and do 400-700 crunches right after. I also do ab work and some light weight lifting. I incorporate Yoga into my workouts 3 times a week as well. I stretch out very well after each workout and I am a devotee of the Macrobiotic diet. I do have one guilty pleasure; I love Pasta. I eat it everyday.
I don't see anything wrong with it. I actually think that a lot of runners eat Pasta as it gives them fuel to burn while running. Is eating it everyday bad for me? I feel like It might make me gain weight? I stick to 100% Whole Grain Pasta and only eat Organic Pasta Sauces. Any suggestions?

I'm finalizing my weight loss plan and I'm looking for a supplement that will help achieve my goals. I find it incredibly hard to maintain the energy needed to workout. I work out at the gym on my college campus, but by the time I'm done I'm so tired it's hard for me to make the 30 minute drive home. ALso, usually about 10 minutes into my cardio, I'm tired! It takes so much to push myself for another 5! As we all know, 15 minutes of cardio won't do much for effectively burning fatty calories. I'm assuming that many diet supplements generally assist with overally energy to boost the effectiveness of a workout. Any insight would be great! Your personal success stories, websites with ACCURATE reviews (i.e. they didn't get paid to positively review a product) or suggestions would be appreciated!
Also: I've tried Mega-T Green Tea pills and only experienced extreme hyperness (not the kind of energy that will make you work out, just the kind that makes you talk way too much- haha), frequent urination, extreme hunger and eventually indigestion. So.. yeah. Any kind of supplements that follow that sort of ingrediants probably won't work for me.
Thanks again for any advice the Yahoo answer community might offer!

I am currently taking 2 Hydroxycut pills when I wake up and 2 more before my workout to aid me in losing body fat. I take 1 Leukic before my workout as well to gain muscle density.
Would it be bad if I began taking Endurox R4 drink to have better recovery and have more energy?
