if I work out 2 hours a day, and eat really healthy...will trimspa work fast?

Trimspa supposedly suppresses your appetite.
It does not work.
There is no such thing as a magical pill. If you’re needing motivation, then look at yourself naked in front of the mirror. That should motivate you enough.
Two whole hours of working out? Are you just starting? I’m a big fitness guru, and I don’t even work out that much. Start out slow so your body will get used to the change!
