I was eating regular and didn'e exercise and still lose weight but once you stop all the weight plus more comes back. I would recommend it but just be careful, eat right and exercise and you will lose even more weight but I don't know how long you will keep it off. It your getting ready for a big event this is perfect but not for long-term weight loss.
