you should be able to take them w/o any real harm to yourself..I guess they are just not as effective after the expiration date (supposedly.) I don’t take those, but have taken other vitamins and diet pills after expiration date and am still ok, and they usually seemd to work fine.
that stuff is toxic enough as it is…no way i would take them after they expired!!!!
