All diet pills are dangerous for the fact that they are not approved by the FDA except Alli. They are also not highly researched and tested for long periods of time before being released. People have died from diet pills. They also can make your heart race. Id say if you are in serious need to lose weight then go to the doctor and have him prescribe the right pill for you but dont go to a store and just buy a bottle of pills. Its a lot healthier to exercise and eat right, also have a less likely chance of dieing, unless you eat poisoned food or something like that. Which is rare.

Some pills have the ability to help out a little, but there is no magic weight loss pill out there. The only guaranteed way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. I don’t think it’s dangerous but if you aren’t eating right and exercising, no pill will help. Good luck!

Most of those are known to suppress the appetite. As far as safety, they possible can cause your heartbeat to rapidly increase. Most medical professionals will advise you against taking OTC diet aids. Regardless, most of these diet pills are huge sellers!
