There are many people on this board from fitness competitors to people wanting to get in better shape and feel good about themselves. It's great to have us all in one place!
I just wanted to stress to those who are not competing or in contest prep to forget about the fat burners. They are only used temporarily in a situation where weight loss is again, temporary. And they don't "make you lose weight", they in many cases suppress apetite and increase energy.

i had good results with Hydroxycut hardcore..lost 15 pound with no excercise after a month…but my G/F tried it and she had shaking hands and did not feel good while taking it so she stopped with little results.. I guess it just depend on the person..
yeah, they can work…but they can fuck up your liver and other vital organs…no joke. many of these products aren't looked at by the FDA and are pretty nasty.
try drinking lots…and I mean lots of good old water, its a natural diahrretic.
I used hydroxy cut and it did supress my hunger, however I felt spaced out while on it. I figure, if something does that to you it cant be good, so I quit taking it and exercised my a ss off and sure enough I lost a bunch of weight.
That's a lot of weight to lose in one month. The pills won't help.
