yes they really work my mom has lost 35 pounds in about 2 weeks
i don’t think that’s what helped anna to lose weight. i think it was coke
I wouldn’t believe the hype. Anna Nicole Smith probably also had a personal trainer and nutritionist to help her shed the weight. Trim Spa may have helped, but I’d be willing to bet that it’s not the only thing she did.
it doesnt work as people may think it does..you still have to act like your on a real diet.. you still have to exercise and eat healthy.. so its just a waste of money
I don’t know if Trimspa works (though I’ve wondered, also), but I would be skeptical about someone who says they lost 35 pounds in about 2 weeks. Even if they did, that would be terribly unhealthy! But good luck.
Nothing works as well as decreasing your calorie intake and excercise. You could take pills, but they wont work unless you cut calories. 3,500 calories is equivalent to 1 pound, so if you can cut 350 a day from your diet, and 350 more a day from excercise (30-60 min), you will lose approximately 1 pound a week
Does trimspa and other weight loss pills work? Yes, when used according to the directions. The directions say that when used in conjunction with a good diet and exercise program you will see results. Most of the active diet pills out there are fat blockers, meaning they bond to the fat that you eat and dont let your body absorbe them, bad news is that once you go off of the pills you will gain the weight back. So, if you want to lose weight, stick to a healthy diet and exercise, not pills. The formula for losing weight is not difficult, consume less calories than you spend. A healthy weight loss is between 2-5 lbs a week, if you lose much more than that be careful. It will take time but keep with it.
Trim Spa contains the potent appetite suppressor Hoodia Gordonii Cactus extract. Let me tell you, I was skeptical at first but this stuff really works ! Cuts your cravings for all types of unhealthy food and the weight loss is really noticeable. I recommend at least giving it a try – always check with your Dr first ! Good Luck
