Has anyone used Trimspa (or Hydroxycut or any of the other advertised weight loss pills) and does it work? I am 23 years old and only about 15lbs over the weight that I want to be, but I am having a really hard time getting it off. I am very willing to do the diet and excersice alond with the medicine but I was just wondering if it really does any good speeding up the process. And also do you have to order it or can you buy it in stores.

These products are a waste of money and don’t work. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.

There are a lot of scams around – people have lost a lot of money ordering these on line.

No pill, potion or supplement will help. All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise – it takes time and motivation :)

Trimspa left me short of breath, so I stopped using it.

I’ve also used Dexatrim with the Slimfast diet and exercise. Dropped 10lbs but it came right back after I stopped the diet.

I no longer use pills. Just diet and exercise.
