I tried it, it doesn’t work. I think she used a little more than Trimspa. Maybe a good surgeon? lol
Anyhow my dr. told me about phentermine. It’s a diet pill but you need a script for it and you’ll have to be monitored while taking it. It does work though I’ve lost a total of 17 pounds in 1and a half months.
I suggest you dont take pills, they could give you heart problems, and most don’t work.
here are some tips:
- Before eating, drink 2 full size cup of water every meal (Makes your belly full, and you will eat less)
- Try eating something healthy every 2-3 hours (Keeps your metabolism running, and you will be full all the time) I suggest a fruit, yogurt, or something healthy.
- Excercise everyday for 30 minutes.
Just because it works for someone doesn’t mean that it will work for you. It might work for a short time, but after a month or so,the body becomes immune to the drug and then it will not work anymore. Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health.OTC(over the counter) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects.
