Sure she did, but was it the trim spa pill or the 4 hours a day with a personal trainer that actually lost the weight? you coud go on the double chocolate fudge cake diet. and if you only ate a normal size piece of cake for each meal and really exercised you could still lose weight. Bottom line, no magic pills! hard work & dedication is the ONLY way. if you look closely you’ll see that all these stupid diet pill commercials put in real small print, "with sensible diet and exercise" somewhere on the screen. when in reality it’s the sensible diet & exercise that is doing the job. the pill may work like the placebo effect just giving your mind the extra little boost in will power it needs to do the job. but that would be about the limit of positive effects from the pill besides maybe a few extra vitamins.
Trimspa didn’t do anything for me. As for Anna Nicole Smith, I would be willing to bet my entire year’s salary that she had help by using other methods of weight loss.
