If you look at all the diet drugs- most of them ask you to exercise and eat better- to me that means the diet and exercise is what’s making one lose weight
Short term fix at best. What will you do once you stop taking the drug?
Ask Anna Nicole.
No, it doesn’t. Diet and exercise works.
Nope. Not one iota.
I took it and I have yet to notice anything so I would say no
No, it doesn’t work (it used to when ephedra was legal).
I used Trimspa about 2 years ago. I lost about 20 pounds. After that, I couldn’t lose an ounce. I originally started with Weight Watchers and it took me 6 months to lose my first 20 pounds. After that, I couldn’t lose anymore weight, that’s why I tried Trimspa. I still need to lose about 8-10 pounds and nothing I take works. I started at Weight Watchers back then at 182.5 lbs. I’m now anywhere between 145-147. I’ve gained a few pounds. I work out almost everyday. I still can’t lose any weight. I watch what I eat and still nothing. I’m about 5′3" and I’d like to be at 138-140 – tops!! I tried the RESET from Usana and I lost 5 lbs, that’s why I’m at 144-145 my lowest. I’ve tried asking on Yahoo what I could do. My niece just gave me a bottle of Irwin Naturals Hoodia Fast Action Diet. If I take more than the recommended dose it’ll suppress my appetite. I give up. I started W.W. about 7 years ago and feel that I’ve done pretty good at keeping off the weight. But I just need some help right now. I’m 48 yrs old and that probably explains why I can’t lose as fast. I could use some help myself. Good Luck.
