i really need to lose weight and i know i will have to be active but i need something that will have results...

no, but exercise does, go outside and walk around for an hour or two each day. taking a pill doesn’t teach you anything about self disapline

I believe those pills do work, but when they give you the energy, take the energy and work out with it. It should help you lose more weight quicker. The pill alone won’t help you though. Also weight loss is 80% what you eat and 20% what you do.
everything effects people differently… the one thing that I know has worked for everyone that has tried it is Hydroxycut. You do have to do somethings to help it out but it totally works!
Not really. It is what we eat that makes us gain or lose. If you take these pills your mind wants you to think they are working but actually not so. I have tried so many times to take pills and lose, but the only thing that works (really works) is Weight Watchers. This is because you can eat anything and everything and just keep track of your food. Each food is given a point or more and once you reach the magic number (given to you) for the day you stop. If you go to http://www.weightwatchers.com you can join there and don’t have to attend meetings. However, there is a charge. What is nice about it is that I can track back 3 years and see exactly what my weight was. Mine goes up and comes down and goes up and goes down……………………….some of us are never meant to be thinner than what our body will allow us to be. I was 107 lbs when I got married and now I am 147. At least I’m not to far away from my goal which is 140.
