Has any one tried TRIMSPA, and It actually works?

Trying to lose weight is hard, as you all know, but I was wondering besides eating right,and exercise if this product really works like Ana Nicole suggested it worked for her

if you go to your local drug store and you read each bottle and how to take these pills for weight loss, you will see a few key words:
"drink before a meal with an 8 ounce glass of water".
water will make you eat less, therefore, lowering your caloric intake, thus you lose weight.
you could take a sugar pill like this and you would lose just the same amount of weight.
so the trick is really simple: water-and it’s free!!!!

It didn’t work for me, but I couldn’t quit eating ice cream, so that could be the issue
no, i think Anna Nicole got lipo and that’s how she lost weight. I was taking slimquick and I don’t think that worked. I was getting hot flashes from it. best thing to do is eat right and excerise good luck.
