well we have trim spa’s in India and we go there regularly , they use ayurvedic massage oils and packs and slimming action starts. I have found it very effective. Also u can take trim capsules—–www.planetayurveda.com. it is very very effective and free from side effects. i got the result in 2 months. do try. and also drink aloe vera juice
Let me start with this. You will never find anyone in the health profession that will recommend any of these over the counter diet pills. They can be harmful. I have spoken with pharmacists and doctors alike asking every question about different products and the general consensus is don’t take them. They have ingredients that can increase you heart rate to dangerous levels if combined with exercise. They also have caffeine at high levels which give you the energy that they talk about in their ads.
The best way to loose weight is to eat right and exercise. These are two things that you can maintain for years (once you stop the pills the weight can come back). Chicken and fish are always a favorite for a healthy diet as long as they aren’t fried. Veggies and fruits are also great. One of my favorite healthy treat is frozen grapes.
I don’t believe in taking any diet pills(I knew of a 28 year old teacher that suddenly collapsed and died and it was blamed on the diet pills she was taking)
Here is how I dropped 43 pounds within 5 months the correct way and i never felt starved at all.I simply cut down a bit on my portions I ate a healthy low fat diet.i totally stayed away from hamburgers fries pizza chips cookies and all fried foods.I walked almost daily 2-4 miles with a speed of 12-15 minutes a mile>I also do INTERVAL training you walk fast for 5 minutes then you jog for 2 minutes and you repeat these steps at least 5-6 times.Interval training speeds up your metabolism…each time that your body(heart rate ) has to adjust to its new level that is when you will burn the most calories and stored fat.If I can do it You can do it too…you go girl!!!
God Bless and get moving…
