I have taken a few different kinds of pills. I don't excercise constantly, but I do a good amount here and there. I am looking to loose a few pounds (10-15) in a few weeks time. I don't always have the time or the money to prepare a good meal for myself. I am 23, 5'6, and I weight 150 lbs. And I know that sounds like alot, but I use to work out, so good amount of that is muscle. Does anyone know of a good supplement that I could take? What has everyone had success with?

a healthy diet and exercise is the only safe way to lose weight and be healthy. Choose foods that are low in fat and sodium. Ditch the sodas and drink more water. Check the sugars on the labels of food you eat. Eat a light snack of fruit and a few almonds between small meals to keep you from getting hungry and binging. You should eat every 2-3 hours-small meals. That will keep your metabolism running and get you lean. Prepare snacks and meals ahead of time so you will have thme ready and have no excuses. It's not easy, but you have to stick to it to make it work. Find a friend to do this with and it'll be easier with support. Good luck!
anything with ephedra in it.
Usually the "diet pills" will work but if you stop taking them you will gain all the weight again. I know several people on diet pills and they have to continually take them just to keep the weight off. It's kind of like an addiction. I would be very, very careful!
Please, do not do that. It will have horrible side effect. Fiber is a good choice for you, because it will meke you feel full. Like spinach, salads, popcorn.
Diet pills don't really work for me, and they are dangerous i've stuck to exercising daily and eating small healthy meals 5 times a day not to exceed 1100 calories. Works for me. I'm 5'4 and about 108 lbs. just a thought
Stackers and the adkins diet.and work outs everyday. Not vigorous.Just walk for an hour or so.maybe after dinner.ya know?
I did but it was when it had ephedra in it. I also worked out daily but not too much really. Just light weights and crunches and leg lifts. I ate ok not that good and i still went from 165 to 125 in about four months. So yea i think they work but im not sure about the ephedra free. Good luck to you hun!!!!
I completely agree with lil angel. Also, portion control is a good idea too. Crash diets and diet pills are just a short term solution to a long term lifestyle change. It sounds like you already know that excercise is the key to any successful and long term weight loss. And since you've already tried the weight loss pills, I think you already know that's not the way to go. Just exercise, eat small meals thru the day, drink more water and control your portions so you don't gorge yourself and I think you'll have much success!
Try the pure Hoodia gordonii pilss (SuperSlim 400) at http://www.hoodia4weightloss.com
