has anyone lost weight taking trimspa x32 and excersise?

i just got this today i used mega-t, slimquick i did lose 25lbs on them both. I wasn't using them at the same time. I was wondering if anyone took trimspa x32 with a healthy diet and excersise if they lost weight?
oh by the way i was 175lbs...now 150 im 5 foot 5 inches..

The only one I have ever liked was Xantrex (I think thats what its called, the one in the blue bottle) and it gave me energy to workout. No pill will burn fat off your body for you.

p.s. What worked for me was not eating after six and just going to bed hungry.. Just eat healthy throughout the day.
