I wish that people would not fall for this gimmick. There are NO MAGIC PILLS that help anyone lose weight that you can buy over the counter. Most of these pills contain vitamins and ingredients that "boost" your metabolism – yeah right!
PLEASE do not waste your money on over the counter pills. Most people who "swear" by them have also added exercise and healthy eating habits to their routine but think that it’s the pill that is making them lose the weight, when it is actually their change in routine that has helped.
DIET AND EXERCISE is what makes a person lose weight. PORTION CONTROL is another biggie. In America we are used to super sizing just about everything we eat. Try this: Buy a couple of frozen dinners like Lean Cuisine, etc., and notice the tray that the food comes in. Believe it or not this is a CORRECT portion. Most people feel like they are starving when they begin dieting…but trust me folks you are not. You have simply been overeating and now your body has to adjust to only taking in what it really needs.

I’ve never heard of the burn…Trimspa is being sued right now for making false claims towards the effectiveness of the pill(but people have told me it worked).

They help but the are not a free pass from diet and exercise. Combine all 3 and you will see weight loss.
