Has anyone tried Trimspa?

Do you think Anna Nicole Smith really lost weight with Trimspa, or did she get surgery. I want to try it, but I dont want to waste my money.

Dont take any diet pills/supplements. They are extremly dangerous and unhealthy. IF they do work once you stop taking them you will gain all the weight back at lightning speed. Taking any kind of pills that have not been approved by the FDA or that are unprescribed damage your body (Heart, kidneys etc). Lose weight the healthy way eat the right foods, excersize, walk. and you dont have to deprive yourself from foods you like just make sure you eat in moderation
I wouldn’t recommend it. I tried it once and it doesn’t work. To lose weight fast and healthily you should just count calories(1000 per day) and reduce your portions. Those pills are all about mind control and they don’t really do anything unless you believe they will.
Try doing weight watchers. They have two different plans you can chose from and its easy to follow. You will lose weight quickly if you follow the plan.

Sorry.. For real it is junk just like all "diet" pills. Burn more calories than you consume.. That will help you loose weight.
