How do I get my friend to stop taking diet pills?

My friend is taking Trimspa, and I know it is bad for them. I care for my friend very, very much. They won’t listen to me when I tell them the risks, etc. They don’t care about the side effects nor the risks, they just want to lose twenty pounds. I feel like my friend has lost all their marbles!!!!! What do I do? They just won’t listen. They are early twenties.

I don’t think Trimspa will kill them as long as they use it as directed. Twenty pounds is really not that much to loss. The problem with diet pills is that you loss the weight, but gain it back quickly because you haven’t developed good eating habits or an exercise program. Some people just have to learn the hard way. All you can do is try to help, it is their choice whether to listen or not.
