It truly depends on the company/ingredients/chemicals or natural and combination. Also it depends on your own body and it’s reasons for making you gain…I find with myself that it is an emotional thing that rules my lose and gain. I grew up being abused mentally all my life…now that I have finally learned to say NO to abusers and stand up, plus I am finally making headway in my life, going where I want to be…I have suddenly lost 28 lbs in about two months…not trying.
But I feel good about myself NOW…so I lose.
It can also depend on the combination of the foods you eat together and if you drink caffeine in any method near a meal. I once stopped having caffeine anywhere a meal or near any source of fats and poof! I spent the whole weekend using the washroom!
So, being aware of your lifestyle/habits/emotions and eating style can make a difference, then ensure that you use a natural and well researched suppliment as well as a good natural vitamin AND mineral suppliment can go a long way in the long run to reducing size and fat verses the muscle mass.
This is the company that I use for the best suppliments: http://www.naturessunshine.com/index.asp
They are only a temporary fix and don’t always work. Your best bet is to eat 3 healthy meals a day with a good snack between each meal and get some exercise. Be sure to control the size of your portions you eat and include lots of fresh fruits and veggies.
they will be OK while you are dieting ,but people tend to put weight back on after stopping them =try hard to do your dieting without them=good luck
They might help you to lose weight fast – however they’re unhealthy for your body. They stimulate your metabolism, in an unnatural way. They’ll make your heart rate go up which will probably raise your blood pressure over time, and harden the arteries, which is what you’re trying to avoid. They also dehydrate you, and can make your bowels go insane.
They’re honestly not worth it.
I have taken hydroxycuts tons of times…. I really like them and I think they really work.. However, they dont tell you that you still have to diet and exercise on them. They are not a miracle drug… you cant just take them and eat like crap and not exercise because then you wont lose weight.. They are suppose to HELP you lose weight. Also, after they took the ephedra out of them they do not work as well so I usually try to take the hydroxycut or whichever one with some ephedra if you can find some.. some small stores like nutrisource will sell the ephedras seperate..also you have to maintain your diet and exercise after you stop taking them or you will gain all your weight back.. thats what happened to me.. the hydroxcuts have an appettie supressant in them so it helps you not want to eat as well as give you energy.. so you have to be careful when you stop taking them and dont pig out because you will be really hungry… Hope this helps
