How good does trimspa work, and what are the side effects?

Have you had great results from trimspa? of was it a diet from your worst nightmare? Im thinking about buying, ive been to the site, checked with my doctor and I just wanted some imput from people who have used with results

It worked good for me but I switched to relacore and haven't been as successful . I really didn't have any side effects but still be leery because any medicine effects people differently.
