im a 24 old guy need to drop about 20 lbs. I quit smoking 6 months ago so i figure I can afford to abuse my body a little bit with these diet pills that ARE actually helping me lose weight. I notice a lack of sleep however which is a bad side effect. Should I be concerned with any other negative effects?
If you want to keep the weight off you can’t use a pill! Once you stop using the pills, the weight comes back. Do it the right way. Hire a trainer and they will get you on the right track!
