    NO!!!

    Weight loss pills will give you instant results because you are losing water, and not fat. People use them as a crutch to suppress appetite and can lose weight that way, but gain all the weight back and more the second they go off of them. In order to lose weight, you need to change your lifestyle. Do you really want your lifestyle to be one that involves taking a pill everyday for the rest of your life?

    It's great that you've decided that it's time for a change. Set mini goals. Give yourself time to get that weight off. A few years is not an unreasonable time frame. I understand that in this day and age people need things to be instant, but you need to be good to your body. It's the only one you have!

    I wouldn't take it or anything like it. Anna Nicole Smith lost her weight taking that, but then after her death, there was a big controversy about the product. Lose weight on your own, by eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, & exercising daily. Walking is the most natural form of exercise, so walk daily & increase your speed & distance a little at a time. Get a good pair of walking shoes & hit the road. lol

    I don't like the idea of taking any kind of diet pill or "diet programs". They are all only short term solutions (if they work at all) and unless you plan on taking those pills for the rest of your life, or staying on nutrisystem forever, you are bound to regain all the weight you lost and possibly more once you stop.
    The best solution is to exercise and teach yourself how to eat better. Start small by incorporating more exercise into your life whether that means taking a 20 minute walk everyday or hitting the gym. You will find that just by incorporating small changes you will see a difference. You might also want to look at the "Best Life Diet" by Bob Greene. This program teaches you about food and fitness and taking off weight the healthy way.
