I don’t trust any of that stuff. It doesn’t go through the FDA, so no one really knows whats in those pills. Good luck!
no pills are totally safe, cut back on carbs and fats.
I would stay away from them. Green tea supplements are known to do the same thing and is all natural and safer than other dieting products. They even have green tea gum that has the same benefits.
From what I’ve heard it works. My mother used it and she said it worked. It suppresses your appetite so you don’t eat as often.
welll
i fu want the real thing
go with hoodia
no tricks no gimics
just makes ur apetite go away
I haven’t ever tried Trimspa, but I have tried Hydroxycut and other supplements like the original MetaboLife and Stacker, and Xenedrine, and have gotten mixed results. As long we you don’t have high blood pressure or pre-existing heart conditionts, you should be ok ith a diet pill. Of course, if you ever feel any adverse effects, you should stop taking it an consult a doctor.
If you’re looking to supplement your diet plan, you’ll most likely want a good metabolic booster and appetite suppressant. I’d suggest taking a look at Herbalean. It does have Ephedra, which was unbanned this year by the FDA – so it’s legal in the US again. It also has Hoodia for the appetite suppression, so the combination works VERY well for me.
I’ve been taking it for a couple months now, and the Hoodia keeps me from snacking and gets rid of the sweet cravings, while the Ephedra gives me a good energy boost through the whole day.
It’s made by the original makers of MetaboLife, and they’ve improved the formula with Hoodia and 77 trace minerals and herbs. It’s also an extended release formula, so you won’t get the jitters from the Ephedra like you would with MetaboLife.
