Trimspa causing joint pain?

I have a cousin who is in terrible pain in her joints. She's 19, so she's too young for arthritis, but she says she can barely walk or lift her arms, because her knee and shoulder joints hurt so much. She asked me to look online to see if I could find out if that's a side affect of Trimspa or not, but I haven't found anything. Have yall heard of such or a thing, or should I tell her to look into other things she's been doing?

Perhaps there is an ingredient in the diet pills that she is allergic to? The first time I took Sulfa, an antibiotic, every joint in my body became stiff, swollen, and painful. I couldn’t even grasp a cup or get up out of a chair. I had a stupid doctor tell me to keep taking it. It progressed to not being able to breathe, and I had to be rushed to an ER.
Anyway, she should stop taking it for awhile, just to see if there’s a difference in how she feels.
Also, one is never too young to have rheumatoid arthritis (RA). She should see her doctor very soon either way.
What makes her think she is to young for arthritis? Arthritis can strike at any age. She needs to see her doc ASAP.
I haven’t heard of that side-effect from Trimspa, but I’ve heard nothing other than the fact they were fined millions of dollars for producing a product that did nothing but take peoples money.
It could be arthritis. Consult her doctor and stop taking those Trimspa asap.
