Trimspa, how do you use it ?

Do you just excersize and diet with it, or do nothing at all but take the pills ?

That stuff hasn’t sold very well since Anna Nicole died. She was their spokesmodel…people don’t trust it anymore.
To be completely honest you dont take it at all… it will end up trashing your liver and kidneys from prolonged use… as for any diet supplement you must exercise and diet as well… good luck
