TrimSpa or Hydroxcut???

Is either one of these worth getting??
……I have a home gym I use…and protein and creatine that I was taking……but before I start up again and build the bulk I want to lose the spare tire….I went from a fast paced job where I moved around alot to a sit down office job and since then(about a year) I went from a 30-32 inch waist to a 38-39 inch waist….
I’ve seen the commercials and Anna Nicole looks great, but you know she did alot more then just TrimSpa….the hydroxcut commercials seem more realistic
any suggestions????

Save your money on the junk.You’re already invovled in an exercise program.The exercise and added muscle will increase your metabolism.One pound of muscle burns about 100 calories a day just by virtue of having it.
The best plan of attack is to bulk and lose in seperate cycles of 30-60 days at a time.It’s unlikely that you’ll add much mass while dieting to lose the weight.Your body will most likely go into a catabolic state and break down some of the muscle through gluco neogenisis.
Every one of these commercials for these scam products has a caption that says "must be used with any sensible diet and exercise plan".That alone will work over time.Try to find any of the so called clinical proof that these things work.
You can’t because there are no controlled peer reviewed tests that support any of their claims.The so called active ingredient in both is hyroxy citric acid(from garcinia).Try to do a search on those terms and see how they’ve all been shot down by realclinical testing.Don’t read any articles with ads.Just the studies.
You are in a good position right now to use some of your unwanted bulk as fuel to make more muscle.More muscle will metabolize more calories(100 per day per pound).
Just try to exercise a little more and cut back on your carbs a bit,especially before bed.

Bow Flex claimed a 40 year old man who was already athletic put on 12 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks on Bow Flex.I’ve known guys who’ve done steroids and barely done that.These companies are lying to you because they want your money.Chromium certainly doesn’t boost your metabolism either.Your body uses it to control blood glucose.It is a good supplement if you don’t think you get enough.

I took TrimSpa and was sick all the time. It made my stomach hurt a lot. I have lost more weight on my own then w/ pills.
Weight Watchers. Those products don’t work…I have friends who were using a product from South America that was working but it ended up in all seriousness being speed.
Change your diet, exericise hard and often. You’ll see results.
Actuall, both are very bad for you. My ex-husband used hydroxycut and even tho it can help to lose weight, he developed heart failure from using it. His doctor said that is the worst thing you can take for a diet. If you want to lose weight, my advice is to do the adkins diet. I had a friend that did the Adkins diet and lost 100 lbs in1 year and kept it off and she looks great now. Good luck
Well, this is my 4th day using Trimspa and I must say, it does give me tons of energy and it depletes my appetite. I would suggest it. You have to drink tons of water though. I would suggest to start out taking only one before breakfast instead of two.
I would suggest neither, however I will offer an alternative. It’s a supplement called CHROMIUM PICOLINATE. This supplement helps people who do not receive the recommended amount of chromium daily. It helps to boost metabolism, and promote muscle development. Also, it is a main ingredient in many weight loss pills. I tried it, and it boosted my energy and helped me shed about 10 lbs effortlessly. You may want to look into it.
I used hydroxycut. ! went from a 40 inch waist to 32 inch waist. You may want to take hydroxycu. Make sure you eat healthy and excersise with it!
Yes, I’m 43 and work behind a desk all day. Look at my 360 pic. To get my abs this sharp, I incorporate Lipodrene with Hoodia in my diet. I could not get this chiseled with out it – period!

I haven’t ever tried Trimspa, but I have tried Hydroxycut and other supplements like the original MetaboLife and Stacker, and Xenedrine, and have gotten mixed results. As long we you don’t have high blood pressure or pre-existing heart conditionts, you should be ok ith a diet pill. Of course, if you ever feel any adverse effects, you should stop taking it an consult a doctor.
