TrimSpa Side Effects?

I've started taking TrimSpa again. It's been about 6 months since I took them last. I did lose weight last time and had no side effects. This time, however, I am having chest pains when I take them. I swear I think I'm having a heart attack. Has anyone else had this side effect?
returned it to Walmart...will never use it again...too scary...

STOP TAKING THEM.
I too took them and found out after getting chest pains that people have died from them. Its just not worth it!
If you are allergic to shellfish you could be having an allergic reaction to them as well, as it has derivatives of shellfish in the pills.
Stop taking them. I had those and they made me very jittery and uncomfortable. The amount of caffeine in these products are so great that they could cause a heart failure.
